Our Customers’ Responsibilities
The customer is expected to provide the cleaning team with a reasonably “Clutter Free” and safe working environment. Customers are also responsible for the restraint and safety of their pets. While teams will not carelessly leave doors open, they do have to hold the doors open to enter and carry in the equipment. The team cannot clean if the water or electricity is not in operation. Optimum Cleaning Services’ preference is always to clean a customer’s home.
In the event that you are unsatisfied with a clean, please inform the office immediately. It is important that you do so, since it is difficult for Optimum Cleaning Services to improve our service unless we are aware of the problem. If a customer feels they did not receive a good clean, we will send the team back the next business day to correct the problem at no additional cost.
