Optimum Cleaning Services has been providing premium cleaning services for residential and commercial customers throughout Santa Clara County for more than 13 years. The company uses environmentally-friendly cleaning products and offers services on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time (for special occasions) basis. It also does move-in and move-out cleanings for real estate agents and rental property owners.

Through years of cleaning experience, Optimum Cleaning Services have developed a cleaning system that maintains your home’s basic cleaning needs, as well as detailing different areas of your home each time we clean.

We begin your cleaning service by getting your home “ready” for regular service. The Initial Clean are an in-depth, top-to-bottom clean of your home.

This allows us to periodically detail areas which would not need an in-depth cleaning every time, i.e. the front of kitchen cabinets, or under sofa cushions.

Let us take away the stress of moving by performing an in depth clean of your home. In addition to a detailed clean of the entire house, we clean the areas that are usually less accessible to us.

These areas include: inside of kitchen cabinets, draws and pantry; inside of bedroom closets; inside of bathroom medicine cabinets. We can also clean inside of fridge and oven.

Our Schedule Options

During the estimate, we will ask you to give us three schedule options. Of the three, we will chose one as the designated cleaning time. Once we set the schedule, we will try to be there at the same time. For move in and move out cleaning, we require a 3-5 day notice in advance.

Your assigned cleaning day is consistent with each clean. All customers have the option of being cleaned either weekly or bi-weekly. Whichever cleaning option you choose, your clean will fall on the same day of the week. Optimum Cleaning Services’ typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Also, Optimum Cleaning Services does not regularly clean on Saturdays, Sundays, or on the six major holidays. If your regular clean falls on a major holiday, the office will call to reschedule your clean at your earliest convenience.
