Our Responsibilities

We strive to make your home a showplace at which others will marvel. Optimum Cleaning Services is also responsible for notifying the customer of any scheduling change that the office may have to make. At all times, our customers have the utmost respect from Optimum Cleaning Services’ employees.
Optimum Cleaning Services is fully insured. Optimum Cleaning Services carries Workers Compensation Insurance, Employee Dishonesty Insurance, as well as full liability Insurance. In addition, we strive to give the customer an honest and fair resolution to any problems with the cleaning, and full resolution of any other issues that may arise.

Our Customers’ Responsibilities

free_house_cleaning_price_listThe customer is expected to provide the cleaning team with a reasonably “Clutter Free” and safe working environment. Customers are also responsible for the restraint and safety of their pets. While teams will not carelessly leave doors open, they do have to hold the doors open to enter and carry in the equipment. The team cannot clean if the water or electricity is not in operation. Optimum Cleaning Services’ preference is always to clean a customer’s home.
In the event that you are unsatisfied with a clean, please inform the office immediately. It is important that you do so, since it is difficult for Optimum Cleaning Services to improve our service unless we are aware of the problem. If a customer feels they did not receive a good clean, we will send the team back the next business day to correct the problem at no additional cost.

Our Payment Policy

Payment for each cleaning is required at the time of the clean. If no payment is left for the team, a late fee is charged, and full payment must be received by the office three working days prior to the next clean. If payment is not received before your next scheduled cleaning date, an interruption in service will occur until the balance is paid in full.
